Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, KS, is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring clinical team. You will provide total resident care, follow physician orders, and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance with HIPAA.

The position offers 12-hour night shifts with 3-day weekends on alternating weekends, a salary between $30.00 and $34.10 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO,

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents and monitor their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Ensure narcotics policies are followed and report changes in resident status.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed and proper documentation completed.
