Scotlynn is seeking a dedicated Logistics Support Representative for our Fort Myers, FL headquarters. This full-time night shift role coordinates truckload transportation, collaborates with carriers and vendors, and ensures on-time pickups and deliveries while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires open availability for nights and weekends and offers starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with overtime eligibility and quarterly reviews to follow.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers.
• Monitor freight movement, including loading, unloading, and transit timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by collaborating with supervisors and account managers.
• Accurately input data and notes into the fleet management system.
• Perform various clerical tasks as needed, especially during low call periods.
