Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. DBA CCFS is looking for an Operations Supervisor for the midnight shift (12am start) in Denver, Colorado. This dynamic role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory and transportation experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dock operations are performed safely and efficiently.
• Supervise drivers and manage hiring, training, and discipline.
• Conduct meetings with shift personnel to discuss updates.
• Coordinate with personnel to maintain company vehicles.
• Monitor misrouted shipments and implement corrective action.
• Work with customers to resolve freight issues.
