Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ability to work efficiently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks and customer service operations.
• Provide operational leadership and scheduling, and ensure compliance with site procedures and cost objectives.
• Conduct team meetings, evaluate methods to increase productivity, and provide coaching to staff.
• Ensure safety, attendance, and performance standards are met; manage overtime and shift coverage.
• Complete records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
