Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a nonexempt SCM professional to support receiving, distribution, inventory control, and storage of medical products. You will interact with suppliers to expediting, returns, and resolve invoice issues while maintaining data integrity in reports.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED with three years of supply chain experience; an Associate's degree plus one year is also considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; three years of supply chain or related experience desired.
• Associate's degree with one year of experience can be considered equivalent.
• Strong computer, communication, problem-solving, teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing and storage of products.
• Interact with suppliers to expedite, handle returns and resolve invoice/receipt issues.
• Provide SCM - Logistics support; manage a high volume of inquiries via phone, mail and fax.
• Research and resolve invoicing issues; use reports to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with distribution of medical products and hazardous materials.
• Identify trends causing delays and collaborate on long-term solutions.
• Sustain compliance with policies and governmental regulations; participate in special projects.
