Job summary

UofL Health is seeking a Supply Chain Tech I to assist the Supply Chain Supervisor in organizing and maintaining all supply rooms, delivering supplies, and maintaining par levels. You will respond to requests and provide reliable service to internal customers in a hospital setting.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, restocking, cycle counts, and supporting Lawson Par and third-party systems, with opportunities to grow within a regional academic health system.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years supply chain experience preferred.
• Team management and/or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains supply inventory accuracy and par levels.
• Daily restocking of shelves.
• Rotates inventory and performs cycle counts.
• Notifies Supervisor of outdates or slow-moving inventory.
• Supports Lawson Par locations and third-party systems.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for inventory software.
• Maintain clean and orderly stock locations.
• Assist in packing case carts as needed.
• Handles shipments to stock or delivery.
• Operates basic Lawson functions and 3rd party tools.
