Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Georgetown, KY is seeking a 3rd shift Customer Logistics Associate to coordinate daily operations for logistics customers, including in-transit activity, carrier performance, and exception management. Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in warehouse, transportation, logistics or a distribution environment required.
• One year in a customer service environment required.
• Knowledge/experience with DOT/OSHA regulations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and Trace; run related reports for customer (Toyota).
• Answering phone calls from drivers and suppliers.
• Issuing EFS checks for fuel and related items.
• DOT log review, preparation and submission; safety training/orientations.
• Front-line customer issue handling; liaise between hourly workers and management; QA and dispatch/routing responsibilities.
