C.R. England, Inc. is seeking an Account Supervisor in Cartersville, GA for a night shift. You will lead drivers and office staff to optimize asset utilization and customer service, while mentoring teams across administrative operations.

You will ensure DOT-compliant hours, coordinate freight delivery, and uphold safety standards. Strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams is essential for timely, reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and indirect management of drivers, office staff and customer accounts.
• Direct management of Transportation Network Coordinators and Logistics Coordinators' day-to-day operations.
• Manage freight and drivers' hours under DOT regulations to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Oversee asset utilization of trucks and trailers, including slip-seating where needed.
• Promote safety standards and coordinate with Safety to address incidents and training requirements.
• Communicate proactively with customers to meet freight commitments and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle urgent situations professionally.
