This onsite role covers Thursday through Monday 11pm–7am, coordinating with site teams to ensure on-time shipments. You will manage loading plans, communicate with drivers, complete yard audits, and hand off shifts with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse loaders to pull product and complete scheduled shipments.
• Communicate with drivers to resolve issues and loading assignments.
• Conduct daily yard audits to ensure correct dispatching.
• Research shortages and advise Transportation and Customer Service on shorted shipments.
• Prioritize loads to meet on-time departures from each facility.
• Ensure paperwork is signed, trailers sealed, and loads closed out.
• Handle CCI and Export paperwork and issue to drivers on departure.
• Plan unloading of shuttle trailers for inventory purposes (Stark DC).
• Provide daily shift handoff with shipped loads, issues and labor status.
