OnTrac in Nashville is hiring Linehaul Dispatch Specialists. This role supports fleet administration, maintenance records, invoicing, and compliance while coordinating with facility teams and vendors. Strong clerical background and two years of admin experience are required.

Compensation is $26.50 per hour with evening shifts Thursday through Sunday and Saturday to Tuesday. Company benefits include health, life, and retirement plans, paid time off, and paid leave options.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is $26.50 per hour.

Shifts / Schedules:

Thursday-Sunday from 6:30pm to 5:00am

Saturday-Tuesday from 6:30pm to 5:00am

*(Assigned shifts will vary and hours are subject to change depending on business needs.)

• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet

• You demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills.
