Job summary

The Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Night Shift Lovejoy Wharf Line Cook in Boston to join our lively taproom and kitchen team. You will prepare menu items to spec, maintain food safety, and help deliver great guest experiences through teamwork and execution.

This part-time role requires 3–5 years cooking or line experience, strong communication, ability to work nights and weekends, and ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of cooking or line experience preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and peak service hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Set up, maintain, and break down workstations.
• Assist with inventory, rotation (FIFO), and labeling.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and teammates.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
