Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (Class E or equivalent); CDL not required.
• Local residency preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tow equipment safely.
• Pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate light‑duty tow trucks (flatbed/rollback and wheel‑lift) to tow or transport passenger vehicles.
• Load, secure, and transport vehicles in accordance with company and DOT safety standards.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding job status, delays, hazards, and customer needs.
• Provide professional customer service and ensure customer safety.
