Responsibilities include operating light-duty tow trucks, securing loads, and completing paperwork. Must be 21+, possess a valid Class E license (CDL not required), and pass screenings. Excellent communication and reliability are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (Class E or equivalent); CDL not required.
• Local residency in the Davie area.
• Mechanical aptitude and CMV experience preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate light‑duty tow trucks (flatbed/rollback and wheel‑lift) to tow or transport passenger vehicles.
• Load, secure, and transport vehicles in accordance with company and DOT safety standards.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding job status, delays, hazards, and customer needs.
• Provide professional customer service, including explaining procedures and ensuring customer safety.
• Complete required paperwork, digital logs, and service documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment.
• Respond to calls during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
