Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts and obtaining forklift certification.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to package products into cartons or shipping cases.
• Prioritize safety and drive safety initiatives.
• Use pallet jacks to palletize shipping cases and create daily production reports.
• Train new personnel and support plant operations.
