Job summary

Amsive in Greenville, SC is seeking a Lettershop Supervisor to lead the insert team and ensure production meets quality, schedule, and customer specifications. This role oversees equipment operation and maintenance within a temperature-controlled facility.

You will collaborate with Prepress, Print, and Mail teams, perform daily ERP data entry for labor and materials tracking, and support a 7pm–7am rotating night schedule with mandatory overtime. Amsive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead or supervisor role in mail or print industry.
• Strong process management and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to document activities and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lettershop/Mail Inserting Department.
• Operate and maintain mail inserting equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Handle cut-sheet and roll stock jobs.
• Execute production schedules for the insert department.
• Communicate with Lettershop/Mail Inserting Manager.
• Collaborate with Prepress, Print, and Mail teams on workflows.
