Bloom Energy in Fremont, CA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager for a fully on-site night shift. You will lead a diverse team, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and scale production to meet ramp-up and ongoing demand.

Responsibilities include developing production workflows, implementing Lean concepts, and guiding continuous improvement across the value stream from supply to delivery. Strong leadership, analytics, and ERP/MES experience are essential.

Competenze

• 6+ years in high-volume complex assembly or advanced manufacturing as a leader.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing tools with proven results.
• Experience managing manufacturing teams, automation equipment and MES Systems.
• Knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; strong data analysis.

• Develop production scalability, process workflow and employee development plans.
