Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to lead and empower our night shift, ensuring the store is stocked, safe, and ready for trade each morning. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will guide colleagues, manage attendance, and keep operations running smoothly through the night.

You will train and coach team members, build confidence, and work with other store managers to meet targets, maintain stock availability, and uphold high standards of safety and service throughout the night shift.
