• Maintain profitability within operational guidelines.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team.
• Assist GM with operations and coordination.
• Participate in hiring, training and staff management.
• Ensure accuracy of required programs and reports.

• Communicate all business-impacting issues to GM.
• Perform physically demanding tasks.
