Job summary

Wingstop in Glassboro is seeking an experienced night-shift leader to supervise the shift, ensure quality food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards. You will perform cashier duties as needed and guide staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Night shift availability and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a shift to ensure food safety, preparation, cleanliness and standards.
• Greet guests and provide outstanding service while supervising staff.
• Train new or less experienced crew members and enforce company policies.
• Manage inventory control and maintain proper stock levels.
• Open/close the restaurant and ensure schedules and hours are met.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift.
