Insomnia Cookies is opening its third Greater Jacksonville store, and we’re interviewing Shift Leader candidates for our Five Points location at 815 Lomax St, Jacksonville, FL 32204.

As a Shift Leader you’ll captain the bakery during your shift, lead the team, ensure quality, handle cash, and provide great customer service in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• POS system experience.
• Strong communication, time management and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly and patient.
• Detail oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to guests throughout their experience in our bakeries.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Support and collaborate with the Cookie Crew on daily tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
