Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Zelienople, PA is seeking a Lead Welder to mentor 3rd shift Welders, Assemblers, Machinists, Laborers, and Technicians. You will review drawings, set up equipment, and weld assemblies to meet quality standards, while implementing production schedules for efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years welding with MIG/TIG/Flux Core and 3+ years in a lead role, plus AWS D1.1 certification and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years welding experience, with 3+ in a lead role.
• Ability to pass AWS D1.1 (and D14.6 if applicable) and produce high-quality welds.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., wear safety gear, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Mentor 3rd shift Welders, Assemblers, Machinists, Laborers, and Technicians.
• Review drawings, set up equipment, and weld assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Implement production schedules and improve processes for efficiency.
• Manage shift time and attendance and participate in project meetings.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
