Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader for a 36-hour full-time night shift on a fast-paced 23-bed post-op surgical unit. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, mentoring staff, and ensuring efficient unit operation while maintaining care standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in nursing and a current RN license, with BLS certification within 6 months. The unit serves Gastroenterology, Urology, Gynecology, and Plastic Surgery patients and emphasizes teamwork and quality

Qualifications

• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Ability to lead in a dynamic environment and coach staff.
