Job summary

Advocate Trinity Hospital is seeking a Night RN Clinical Lead to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) with a rotating weekend schedule during a 6-week cycle. The role supports leadership presence and daily operations across the unit.

The position requires RN licensure, a BSN or active enrollment in a BSN program, and typically 3 years of acute-care nursing experience. Benefits eligible; 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health-related field.
• RN license in state; BLS certification.
• BSN in progress within 2 years of hire if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides work direction to clinical and support staff to coordinate resources for procedures and patient flow.
• Delivers nursing care using the nursing process and evaluates outcomes.
• Promotes safe, efficient patient care and may perform daily patient rounds.
• Coordinates care by communicating with patients, families, and hospital staff.
• Trains and orients staff; assists with human resource tasks as needed.
• Manages staffing levels to maintain productivity and quality standards.
