The Lead oversees daily data reporting, ensures project timelines, and supports on-the-floor training. Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent and basic math and office skills, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related industrial experience.
• Strong basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read and respond to general instructions, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage department operations.
• Review daily data reporting for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide status updates on production and distribution.
• Assist with on-the-floor training and development of staff.
• Involve in hiring, promotion, and disciplinary discussions.
