Service Wire Company in Phoenix, AZ seeks a 3rd shift Lead to coordinate and manage department activities, ensuring safe, efficient production and distribution. You will review daily data, train staff, and support hiring decisions while upholding safety policies and a clean work environment.

The role requires strong math, reading/writing, and teamwork, with forklift certification preferred. In-person attendance on a 11pm–7:30am shift is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year related experience
• Strong math and measuring skills
• Ability to read and respond to written instructions
• Able to work in hot and cold environments
• In-person attendance is essential
