Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of progressive responsibility in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train others and lead crews effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly employees to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret job tickets; ensure all components are present and correct.
• Achieve required print quality and register equipment within standards.
• Set up and operate inline equipment (gluing, labeling, applicators) and rotary cutter.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and documentation, passing on shift information.
