Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking a Lead Machine Maintenance Technician – Night Shift in Wellford, SC to guide a team of technicians and drive reliability across facility and production equipment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in technical teams.
• Proven experience managing complex maintenance operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians across all levels; provide coaching and mentoring.
• Partner with senior leadership on capital planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison between maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and uptime.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
