Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of machine maintenance experience preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in technical teams.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians across all levels; provide coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
