Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Clinical Lead Lab Technician to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and perform phlebotomy with patient-facing responsibilities. You will ensure accurate data entry, quality control, and regulatory compliance in the Core Lab.

The role requires phlebotomy certification and 2 years of lab experience, with supervisory duties and weekend rotation. Night shift-based, with 11pm-7:30am hours and rotating weekends; onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Formación

• Must have phlebotomy certification (ASCP-PBT or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years full-time lab/Phlebotomy experience with leadership exposure.
• ASCP-PBT or equivalent certification must be maintained.
