Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Lead Forklift Operator for the Jackson Center, OH location. This night-shift role (5:00 pm–5:10 am) involves leading forklift operations, coordinating tasks, and mentoring team members across warehouse and production areas.

Qualifications

• Three years of forklift operation and warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with a computer system for data entry, transactions, and updating documents.
• Experience providing on-the-job training and task guidance to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure safe and efficient forklift operations between warehouse and production areas.
• Coordinate forklift operator and material handler tasks to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
