Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring a Lead Custodian for Portland Public Schools. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with one weekend per month, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, totaling 40 hours weekly. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset and leadership abilities to guide the cleaning team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have valid identification.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen including THC.
• Excellent customer service mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process from start to finish.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools and supplies.
• Perform 360 communication with team members and supervisors.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility in daily tasks.
• Complete Building Walkdowns and nightly perimeter checks.
