Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar manufacturing role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading frontline staff.
• Basic computer skills; ERP and Microsoft tools a plus.
• Strong data-driven communication of performance, quality, safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment to meet production goals.
• Produce assigned products following verbal and written instructions.
• Complete equipment set-up procedures and preventative maintenance.
• Use tools and measuring devices to maintain, adjust and repair equipment.
• Prepare daily production and maintenance reports.
• Dismantle and reassemble plant components with hoists and hand tools.
• Perform minor repairs and escalate issues to maintenance to avoid delays.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communicate discrepancies or malfunctions to relief operators and shift managers.
