Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures; guide team
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and safety procedures
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and reconciliation
• Assist with resolving problems to improve productivity
