Job summary

Hennig is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator in Illinois. The role involves operating CNC machines, handling metal fabrication tasks, and reading blueprints.

You will use a crane to move steel sheets to the laser bed and unload finished parts, while maintaining strict safety standards. Day and night shifts are available with a 15% night shift premium; the position requires forklift operation, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing up to 10 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

Responsibilities
