SendCutSend LLC is seeking a hands-on CNC Machine Operator to run CNC fiber laser equipment, set up jobs from drawings, and maintain quality across precision-cut metal parts. You will inspect parts, adjust tooling, and ensure safety practices on a dynamic production floor in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

The role emphasizes setup, daily maintenance, and collaboration with team leads to meet production goals while upholding strict customer specifications and LEAN principles on a 5S

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC fiber lasers.

• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Assist with inventory of tooling such as punches and dies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Description

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will operate and support CNC fiber laser equipment to produce precision-cut and formed sheet metal parts. This is a hands-on role focused on machine setup, operation, inspection, and material handling. You will work closely with team leads, supervisors, and department managers to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

What you’ll do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC fiber lasers or CNC press brakes
• Experience with Amada equipment
• Forklift experience
• Prior work in a sheet metal or fabrication environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts
• Ability to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production floor environment
• Work performed around CNC lasers, press brakes, and material handling equipment
• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
