Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Laser CNC Programmer to develop and maintain laser programs, optimize manufacturing processes through automation, and support production by improving efficiency, quality, and consistency.

The role requires an Associate degree, at least 2 years of experience, and strong CAD/CAM and Excel skills. Shift is 4:45pm-3:30am Monday–Thursday; starting pay ranges from $24.00 to $34.00 per hour with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automation Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience programming and operating Laser or CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience reading technical drawings and translating drawings to workable CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Program Laser Cutter using CAD software and machine controls to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Select appropriate speed, feeds, and machining strategies to optimize production efficiency and part quality.
• Perform first-piece inspections and adjust programs or offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Operate Laser CNC equipment to manufacture components while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, setup sheets, inspection reports, and job logs.
