Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Laborer (Heavy Lifting) for a company based in Vance, AL. The role offers a pay rate of $17.30 per hour with Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am schedule.

Responsibilities include waste consolidation, inspections, spill response, and heavy lifting. Requirements: HS diploma, 1–3 years in manufacturing/industrial settings, and ability to pass background check, exam, and drug screening. Includes benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• Ability to pass a standard background check, physical exam, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in waste consolidation, chemical conveyance, container inspections, and waste pickups.
• Inspect waste storage areas, clean facility floors or vehicle fleets, and respond to spill events.
• Perform hand digging to expose utilities, load and unload equipment/materials, and restore worksites.
• Adhere to strict manufacturing safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
