HL Mando America Corporation is seeking a full-time production associate in Alabama. The role involves performing multiple manufacturing tasks, maintaining safety, and promoting quality policies across shifts in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to procedures, participating in 5S, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely documentation. The position requires lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, and occasional overtime.

Responsabilités

• Maintain adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Promote HL Mando Quality Policy to customers.
• Follow Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Alerts, One Point Lessons, and necessary documentation.
• Meet or exceed all quality standards.
• Participate in 5S and housekeeping activities to maintain expectations.
• Maintain equipment with Preventative Maintenance as applicable.
• Complete assigned work timely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Prepare all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain training on multiple operations to enhance flexibility of Production Department.
• Promote continual improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate promptly to ensure HL Mando success.
• Work under minimal supervision.
• Follow HL Mando Policies and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Able to lift at least 35 pounds repetitively.
• Bend, stoop, and reach repetitively.
• Operate tools and equipment relevant to the job.
• Produce and inspect parts to meet product and quality specs.
• Work overtime during week and weekends as needed; sometimes on short notice.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and cooperative behavior.
