Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Industrial Loader in Cullman, AL to safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and lulls for loading and unloading shipments in a productive, safe manner on site.

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour plus experience-based increases. Dayshift runs Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm/5:30pm; night shifts are available. Weekly pay and benefits are included with this role.

Qualifications

• Safe operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, and lulls on load/unload duties.
• Ability to follow work orders and instructions precisely.
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and site policies.

Responsibilities

• Move freight and materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks or delivery vehicles.
• Sort materials before loading/unloading.
• Attach identifying tags and read work orders to determine needs.
• Stack materials in designated locations; record quantities handled.
• Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage.
• Attach slings and hooks to lift cargo and guide loads.
