Job summary

CRH is seeking a Laborer in Illinois to help keep the facility site clean during and after projects and to assist equipment operators with daily tasks. This role involves physical labor, setup and cleanup, and general maintenance of equipment on the job site.

No prior experience is required, but the candidate must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle and lift up to 50 pounds while navigating uneven terrain on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles.
• Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at job site; includes sweeping, shoveling, raking and cleaning equipment using a pressure washer.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Spotting for equipment operators.
• Provide labor support as needed.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
