Job summary

CRH is hiring a Laborer to help keep the facility site clean during and after projects and to assist equipment operators as needed. The role involves physical tasks and support across the job site.

You will operate heavy machinery under supervision, perform setup/cleanup, and contribute to general maintenance of equipment while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the CRH organization.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and navigate construction job site terrain.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles.
• Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at job site; includes sweeping, shoveling, raking and cleaning equipment using a pressure washer.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Spotting for equipment operators.
• Provide labor support as needed.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
