Responsibilities

• Supervise inpatient phlebotomy team during night shifts.
• Provide leadership for specimen processing and laboratory support functions.
• Create and adjust staff schedules for appropriate coverage.
• Monitor workflow, quality indicators, and departmental performance metrics.
• Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Coach staff and document performance as needed.
