Baylor Scott & White Health in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery in the Night shift. You will oversee patient care in a collaborative team environment, assess needs, and develop care plans for ante/post-partum patients.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. You'll work full-time on nights (7pm-7am) in a facility with Maternal Level 2 capabilities and a 14-bed unit, supporting safe and compassionate care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification or able to obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs. Create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes and document learning needs.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to promote better healthcare choices.
• Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and community to create and refine care plans.
• Use problem-solving strategies to ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care.
• Contribute to peers' development and show commitment to community service.
