Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Waxahachie, TX. Night shifts are available with full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. The position requires ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and experience in L&D or related fields.

You'll monitor labor and delivery, administer medications, support patients and families, and document care in EHR systems. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active Registered Nurse license (unencumbered).
• 1+ years in Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, or related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with physicians and healthcare staff.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard Labor & Delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Document patient status and outcomes per guidelines.
