Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure and active state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process.
• Assesses patients, documents findings, and reports changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Provides patient and family education about conditions, treatment plans, and discharge care.
