Job summary
Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery for a full-time night position with rotating weekends. The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with providers, following established standards and the nursing model.
Requirements include an RN license, ADN/ASN, and at least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
Qualifications
- RN with Labor & Delivery experience.
- Associate Degree required (Nursing).
- BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of start date.
- Neonate resuscitation certification within 30 days of employment start date.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in Labor & Delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure safe, evidence-based practices.
- Provide advocacy for patients and families while maintaining department standards.
