Job summary

Baptist Health in Conway, Arkansas is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for night shifts (1830–0700). You will provide nursing care to women and their infants before, during, and after birth, and collaborate with the surgical team during cesarean sections.

A new RN graduate or an RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas is welcomed; BSN preferred. CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided in some areas. Join an interdisciplinary team focused on safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS, PALS and/or NALS training provided in some areas.
• Specialty units require and will provide specialty education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and administer care within the scope of training and expertise.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Care for patients before, during, and after birth, and support post-pregnancy care with attention to physical, psychological, educational/health literacy, sociocultural and spiritual needs.
