Job summary

The Baptist Health Labor and Delivery unit in Little Rock seeks a Registered Nurse to provide safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process, with clinical competence and critical thinking guiding every shift.

This role is primarily night shift and PRN, with flexibility for days or nights. New RN graduates are welcome; Arkansas RN license required; BSN preferred; CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate or RN in good standing; licensed to practice in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Able to function as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided where applicable.
