Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Bohemia, NY is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will set up and run automated label production equipment, inspect outputs and ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory standards.

Working on 2nd or 3rd shifts, you will support multiple machines, maintain accurate production records and uphold strict cGMP practices while contributing to a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or related environment.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor automated and non-automated label manufacturing, printing and inspection equipment.
• Manufacture a wide variety of clinical label constructions per proofs and specs.
• Process variable and static label information using proprietary software such as CLPS.
• Monitor production for accuracy, quality and conformance to standards.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs and WIs; maintain production documentation.
