Clear Destination Inc. in Moraine, OH is seeking an entry-level Lab Technician for the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM).

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential for night and weekend hours, and every shift includes weekend and holiday rotation. You will perform clinical and billing data entry, specimen accessioning, and prep for testing, while ensuring specimen integrity and accurate data entry in the lab information system, under safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize specimens before data entry.
• Enter patient and specimen data into the system.
• Receive and process electronically transmitted specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and centrifugation.
• Ensure specimen identification and integrity.
• Resolve issues with providers and lab staff.
• Load specimens onto laboratory instruments.
• Assist in automation system troubleshooting.
• Complete annual competency assessments.
